I would like to change two departments to a new preset amount. How do I do this, and how do I change the corresponding information on the receipt? Thanks.
Thanks Mark, I did suss it in the end! But I have an additional question - when I press this new department, the till drawer opens automatically without pressing the cash button. Can you help on this?

Hi.
Turn key to P mode.
Type new price (NO decimal point)
Press a dept button
Press CASH
This will change the price on the display and receipt.
