my Hoover NEXTRA 6 HNWL 7116 will not turn,have checked brushes and wireing for chaffing but all looks okay.it pumps out water and the heater dryer heats up but that is it,think it might be the panel but not sure,what do you think?, and if so where can I get one without the need to give body organs !!!.Thanks in advance for any help and best wishes to fellow users.
