Citroen C5 diesel additive?

My Citroen C5 has started displaying the notice that the diesel additive needs topping up.
I cannot se any reference as to how to do this in the manual.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks.

Further detail please:-
How much Eloys fluid do I need to refill the tank ?and which side rear wheel arch are we talking about I assume that when you refer to passenger side you mean nearside but my filler cap is on the offside - does this make a difference??.
Please help me keep this lovely old lady on the road.

The Additive is for the cleaning of the particulate filter, I wouldn't see Mr Citroen if I was you as I was quoted nearly £1000 from Citroen Manchester to refill the additive tank and change the filter which doesn't actually need to be replaced. Peugoet sell the Eolys fluid for around £30 a litre, the additive tank is above the fuel tank, the filler pipe for the tank can be found behind the rear passenger side wheel arch lining which needs to be removed. Once you have filled the tank take your car on the motorway and run it at around 3500 rpm for few miles, this is done so that the exhaust system can get hot enough to burn any debris on the filter that has built up since you run out of additive. You may have to take it to your local garage to have the computer reset so the message goes away, this is what I had to do and after everything was done and reset I saved near 700 quid!

This sounds like your Citroen needs a top up of Eolys fluid...this is injected into the exhaust system, raising the temperature so that carbon deposits are burnt off. Best see Mr. Citroen about this one....
