Hi all, one of the most common faults on these machines is the plastic speed sensor? on the back of the motor. Make sure machine is unplugged, lay on its side, prise off the metal cap, take off the sensor surround with the wire on. You will now see the white plastic type screw, if you are lucky this will be loose. 2 prong holes in the end, just use some long nose pliers to tighten clockwise while holding pulley at the front. As I say, if you're lucky, fixed in 10 minutes. :-)
