hissing noise?

their is a loud hissing noise coming from my transit van, it happens when accelerating up through the gears, does'nt seem to be affecting the driving, should i be worried?

id start by checking your air/turbo pipes arent split.

Look for any split or disconnected air pipes, from the air cleaner box or turbocharger.
