my TomTom wont turn on but green light shows charge, i tried turning it on while on charge and the reset button, i also tried a differant charger, please help
Try the following:
1. Charge you satnav say for 2hrs
2. Press reset button for 20 seconds
3. Again charge the tomtom for sometime
4. Hold on you start button for 10 sec
The tomtom should start if your internal battery has gone flat.
It worked for me. (got instructions from TOMTOM)

Darren...I have the same problem with my Tom Tom 910, green light on but nothing. It won't even charge anymore, in cradle or using car charger. I need some help please....
