Replacing a broken screen in my TomTom g0 300?

Does anyone know how to remove a broken screen in a tomtom go 300 in order to replace it PLEASE, i have managed to get as far as taking the casings off but can't see how to get the screen ribbon cable out to completely remove the old screen, so annoying!!!! can anyone help.

i d love to know how to do as I have just broken my screen and am quite ennoyed and am thinking of getting someone to repair it but if it is easy to repair, i ll give it a go. thanks in advance for your help
