How can i fix a Hoover TV30 with no heat but everything else works?

I have a Hoover TV30 that will not heat but everything else works fine, can anyone help please?

sounds like the heater element has gone Hoover clas there heater elements as consumables for these units and are required to be changed periodically. there is supliers selling them all over ebay as there a sold like mig welding tips lol.
