If it still spins and the clothes stay wet first take off your vent(the one that goes to the outside) to see if it clogged. Run without the vent for a couple minutes and see. If not, than its probably the heating element which is replaceable. Find a parts place that carries your brand or wherever you bought it from. they're like 50 bucks.
