Peugeot 306 Roof Troubles?

I have an M reg Peugeot 306 Cabriolet

Recently my power hood has stopped working, along with my hazard warning, rear windows and rear windows isoaltion switch on the dash.

I have checked all fuses for these components and all are fine

Anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this?

i recently bought an n reg cabriolet and now i have seen that the hood was refitted and so all the electric connections to the hood are disconneced.help am trying to connect them back.
