The washers and wipe function of my 1994 peugeot 106 XR have failed. Normal wipers work ok, front and rear. No washers function at front or rear. The delayed wipers also do not work.
The water bottle is full. There is no electric water pump buzz. The fuses are ok. Every thing else is ok. I suspect a relay.

Any recommendations or thoughts or fixes
