The USB charger port where you place charger has come loose and is jiggging around inside the tomtom. because of this we cannot place the charger in to charge up the tom tom etc. any ideas :)

Had problem where start up screen was stalling. Via online support I was able to download diagnostics to pin point error. Ended up having to reformat card but all working fine now.
