hi i have a renault mecane 1.6 coupe . when i turn corner clunking noise coming from passanger front wheel any ideas please its x reg petrol

This is a typical sound of constant velocity joint failure on the driveshaft for that wheel. See if the rubber boot has split, where the driveshaft goes into the wheel hub.
