How can I fix the self propelling mechanism on my Sovereign lawnmower?

The self propelling bit on my sovereign lawnmower has suddenly stopped working. The cylinder still goes round, but the wheels dont turn. The wheels do move freely however. How can I fix it

Assuming you are talking about a ROTARY mower, I suspect the drive belt has either snapped or come off the pulleys.

Access the belt by removing the cover under the deck. DISCONNECT spark plug first!
