OUR OPTIMA XM KEYPAD IS NOT WORKING.
DOES ANYONE KNOW THE REASON AND A POSSIBLE SOLUTION?

try replacing the two small fuses that you can see when you take the front cover off or as in my case i just removed them then replaced the same ones back and it worked again
