Hotpoint Aquarius 7kg CTD00 No Heat?

My tumble dryer which is only 1 year old is now not producing any warm/hot air all air is cold thus clothes will not dry any ideas folks?

try taking out the tray at the bottom underneath the door and cleaning out all the water from behind the tray.
