How do I lubricate my AS01 treadmill with silicon?
My treadmill's instructions state that after every 40 hours of use I should lubricate between the running board and belt with silicon. I am not sure how to do this as there does not seem to be a way to get under the running belt.
You will probably find bolts that take a allen key somewhere on the deck. When the machine is running slowly turn these bolts, it will then move belt to side.
You can then lift one side and then do other side.
