Error code PP 0.00 on samsung er4615 ?

can anyone tell me how to clear this error.
I changed the till roll and this appeared and I can't clear it.
I have tried turning it off and waiting but that doesn't work!

That means the printer is jammed it is recomended you call your dealer and have him clear the paper jam.
