how can i fix my creda excel 1200?

It washes but all the water does not drain away ,and also it will not spin ,the drum is going round but very slowly. It is acreda excel 1200, I brought it brand new about 2yrs ago.Can anyone help.thanks.

it could be .the bushers in the motor.need replacing.if the machine spins. without any clothes in that is your problem .also check the hoses going to the pump could be blocked
