my idiling?

My 98 silverado does not idle right my codes are erg valve is insufficiant low volts to mt mas aif flow and vaf what ever that means but when im driving about 60 miles the rpms go up and down but after 66 miles an hour it dont do it help i cant figure it out

sometime if you take the egr valve off and clean with brake cleaner it will unstick and clean out carbon build up
