1999 yamaha warrior atv?

1999 Yamaha atv shuts down when hot.I cleaned carb. replace needle and jet etc. new gas, new spark, air cleaner out, fuel cap off, when bike gets hot it shuts down I let cool down and starts up no problem. possible vaper lock?

I don't have an answer but I have a 2000 beartracker 250 that does the same thing. I have replaced the coil also and it still does it..
