pergeot partner van 1600 lk petrol year 2000?

central locking will not work i can start the van but my wipers and indcators will not work unless i disconnect and reconnet the battery

Have you had a new windscreen fitted? Known fault after new screen fitted water leaks into bsi (right hand side of dash ) fills with water and get allsorts of faults head lamps staying on to non start
