When i put on any kind of spin i am not getting any heat

Hi - taken off top then back parts (spindle cover, holding strip/bar, shaped fan/heater cover). Much fluff to clean around fan (took off by squeezing clip) and checked current current (EXTREME CARE if switching on at this exposed stage) - and found current did not flow as I'd expect through both thermostats (the small circular discs) when I'd expect. Heater elements were clean and looked to have continuity, i.e. no breaks. These conditions suggest thermostat replacement - the two sold as a kit for just under £10. Now ordered via e-spares (UK Creda etc spares site). Photo and listed machine numbers all check out in website. (Mandy: no knowledge or sight of a trip switch on this model... good luck!)

Hi - same problem on Creda T632CW. It's several years old. Have vacuum cleaned masses of dry fluff from inside (a few screws to remove top and one side). Have checked no visible loose connections. Have identified a capacitor, but not yet seen the two (buy as a kit of two) thermostats - not yet tried to trace wiring fom heat control. Could also be heater element itself - but not yet taken it apart that much. So no solution yet. Have you cleaned sensor (if one in yours) inside drum (as well as all the usual filters, condenser and water container of course)? Manual says wipe with vinegar on cloth. Information appreciated before I try again... (I'm also told there may be two separate fuses, both being required for heating element - but that's not verified yet.)

Hiya I've got the same problem with mine and I have been advised to contact Appliance Care Ltd to ask if there is an overheat trip switch that I could press - to reset it. I haven't a clue where it is but I'm waiting on a reply. Hope this helps.
