how can i stop the noise on a bosh WTA2000?

i have had a new heating element fitted to my Bosh WTA200 an when it heats up it sounds like sounds like the element is catching on the drum i have had 2 repair men look at the problem but it is still making the noise. can any one help.

It may be worth checking the bearing race that the drum rotates on. As the bearings wear out they will make that sort of noise as they heat up. The last one I replaced was on a Fisher & Paykel, and I found the identical bearing in a skate shop. (The races on skateboard wheels are same sizes and higher quality than original unit).
