trying to replace one of the back rings on a tricity cooker i cant seem to be able t remove the hob?

if its a ceramic hob both side panels of cooker have to be removed to reveal 4 screws that hold the hob to the frame of the cooker.strips down the side panels at the front edge prise off with a screwdriver to reveal screws to remove side panels
