How can I fix my Zanussi FLE1016W Washing machine?

How can I fix my Zanussi FLE1016W Washing machine? It stops part of the way through the wash cycle with 3 of the green program lights flashing at me. it has taken the powder from the drawer, and I think it has done everything but spin dry the clothes.
I did notice when it starts the program that it seems to be struggling to rotate the drum to begin with, but then seems to be ok.
