HOW CAN I FIX MY JCM GOLD G-211?

my till prints some bazaar numbers totally ilogically with lots 909 numbers so now cannot print receipts or get x or z totals I think its because the clerk id seems to have no correspondance with anything else on the machine or it needs re-programming in some way
PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!!

Hi. It's usually caused by a bad battery. It is supposed to be replaced by the dealer every three years, but most people nevr get it replaced, so it fails and loses all of your programming, then leaks all over the circuit board ruining the machine.
