My E&R LC21 feed dogs won't feed?

My feed dogs won't feed the material through. Looking at the mechanism, it only appears to go up and down. Any help appreciated

Hello Dyl,
Assuming that you have checked the stitch length, if that is set above 2 then you need to get the machine in for adjustment because if I remember the machine has a two piece body which needs to come apart for adjustment.
