Change bulb in 96 playmouth voyger?

I want to replace my driver side front signal bulb on my 96 Plymouth voyager do i take the whole light off, or is there a simpler way there is also a small cover on the fender i can turn and take off? any help is appreciated thanks...

On most if you look under van for the back of the light housing you can access the bulb and change it .......laying on your back
