My top/bottom Levolor, single cell blinds are out of balance. One side hangs lower than the other so when you open them all the way to the top, the right side hangs lower than the left making them look lopsided. I have taken them down only to discover one pull string is about 2-3 inches looser than the other. How can I equal them out?
