Tiger Loop leaks?

The burner works fine. I have just refilled the oil tank.The tell tale hole in the base of the Tiger Loop unit is leaking oil. Why is this?

Yes, of course, if I were a boiler repair man that is what I would recommend because a) I would make easy money and b) I would not have to think about a scientific solution.
Oh it does not leak anymore because I have fixed it.
