The message on my alarm is battery fault so I assume that means I need a new battery. We have been in this house for 8 years and never changed the battery. I have no other information except TS790.
Before you attempt any of this please be aware that there is a Mains Electricity connection inside, take care
I assume you have a code for the alarm >> if not, don't attempt any of this.
Open the control panel, 2 screws, (Not the Keypad)
Enter your code (to stop the Anti-tamper noise)
Remove the battery
Take it with you, buy another
Fit the new battery - make sure you connect Red wire to Red terminal & Black wire to Black terminal
Replace the lid
Enter your code again to reset the panel
Do the above or better still find a local alarm company to fully service the system & replace the battery
Good luck

Hi Sue, give me ring and I will tell you where you can get battery and about changing it, it will only cost you the price of the phone call.
