The thermostat sit at the back of the dryer (the bit that sticks out -the bigger one)
You have to remove the smaller bit that bulge out (bearing - so be careful) before you remove the bigger one.
When removing screws of the bigger bit that bulde out, do not unscrew the 2 x smaller screws as it holds your heating element up inside the carrier.
Once screw is off, then it around and you should be able to see both your thermostat sitting on top of your heating element.
