I have been having the same difficulty as yourself getting parts. I have been to Homebase but no luck.
On the Guarantee (which is quoted as been 2Yrs) I found a telephone number 01516491500 and rang to be told that there phone lines were down and to go on their website www.einhell.co.uk. There you will find Sovereign and under parts and service a form to fill in. I have filled in the details and keeping fingers crossed that they will be able to supply.They do say that they are the only source of supply in UK Hope this helps
