citroen picasso 52plate 1.6 8v?

hi my car blows water from exhaust no scum on oil cap,dipstick not using water or oil only overheats when stood running after about 20 mins then fan kicks in. been told cat could be on the way out also now and then acceleration wont be as good.

For every gallon of fuel burnt, a gallon of chemical water condensate is produced, which escapes from the exhaust as water vapour - clearly visible after start up on a cool day. Maybe this is all that it is?
