renault 1.9 dti not starting?

hi i have my lugana 1.9 dti it was running before the timing belt snapped .its a 1999 model and since i rebuilt the cinyder head replaced 4 valves which were bent.
car wont start .i,ve tested comprestion,glow plugs,fuel. car just wont start. ive tryed a squirt of easy start still no joy.i removed the cyinder head again just in case i made a mistake on the valves or some thing. but every thing looks fine.re fitted the head oncemore still no joy.
checked all plugs and tryed to jump start engine .turning over pleanty of comprestion but no joy can anybody get me out of this terrible mind bogling time anyhelp or suggegtions very gratefull.cheers moe

It could be a few causes, 1 theres no fuel getting to the injectors because of air, 2 the other which i suspect is that the timing is completly out.
You need to check if fuel is getting to the injectors unscrew each of them and turn the engine over and see if they squirt diesel out if it is then go to option 2 and check timing is aligned if this isnt then you will have no joy at all.
