How to remove burnt marks on my kitchen laminate worktop?

Hi There! I used Mr Muscle oven cleaner which dripped onto the kitchen work surface. Unfortunately I left it long enough to damage the it. Now it looks discoloured and wondered if anyone knows of a method to remove the damage. Thanks

Oven cleaners are highly caustic so no wonder the laminate has been affected. If its a light colour you may get somewhere by using a mild bleach solution but if its a deeper colour the damage is likely to be permanent, unfortunately.
