how can i make my 2001 ford courier van faster? I've put redx in the fuel tank changed the airfilter but its still real sluggish

Im sorry but redx and a changing the air filter wont make a diffrence,
Redx i dont go alot on maybe you should try overhauling your engine or getting a bigger one!
