i have a 115 v makita 6302 drill and the hole end of the part where u stick?

i have a 115v makita drill 6303 and i was doing a light jod and the hole end where u put bits in broke off .Is there a way u can take it apart and buy a new end?

Did the whole chuck (piece that holds the bits) break off or just the screw that holds the chuck?
