The large oven has light and fan working but does not heat up - small oven works fine

Hi there, Sorry I don't know how to fix your problem but I have the same oven and no manual-I don't suppose you have one do you? I want to fit my new to me cooker and want to find out the dimensions of the unit to fit to!
