How do I change my clutch fluid?

My Vauxhall Combo cdti 1.7 (2005) has trouble changing gear.
If the revs are low then it seems ok but if you try to change gear at high revs then its near impossible. Most of the time when you dip the clutch the revs don't drop. The clutch control from standing is fine. Any idea's?

Cheers Paul, it does happen in every gear. 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd are the worst but its just this revs not dropping thing when the clutch is dipped. When the revs do drop then its not to bad going into gear.(still not great)

hi mate, if you have a full clutch pedal and it dont feel spongey i doubt it is bleeding that you require. you fail to mention if theres a problem with more than just one gear.... if it just one then i suspect you have a worn or faulty baulk ring for that gear or possibly the syncro hub,if all gears are affected i wud try changing the gearbox oil first ensuring you use exactly the right oil as there are so many different types of transmission oils on the market for modern vehicles you have to be sure your using the right one....hope this helps.
