remove the oil filter (with bucket to catch the oil) wait for the oil to drain out, once thats emptied or down to a dribble i found it good to turn the key till the engine starts then turn it off straight away gets any excess out, then put new oil filter on and top up with new oil. before you take the old filter off you can use an engine flush it'll clean inside for you.
