no flashing light?

hi all my red immobiliser light has gone out completely on my vivacity 100cc 2001 and wont start. ive been quoted between £150 and £300 cant afford this,please help.

you should be able to bypass this. Invest in a haynes manual about £10. Google it as well and there must be some answers on the net.
