qualcast easylite 28?

the plastic blades fly off almost straight away- is there a solution to this?

Notice that the plastic blades have like a 'keyhole' fitting, effectively one larger hole overlapping a slightly smaller one? Push the larger blade hole over the mounting peg, then pull the blade back until the smaller hole snaps into place - locking the blade in place.
