how can i fix my honda 750 four?

have just built from scratch (3rd one) honda 750 engine. it starts up on low revs, when i open it up , it clicks and cuts out. have put new battery on, changed and cleaned carbs. am now totally stumped.

Keep the engine running using the choke until its slightly warm - see if it picks up then.
