i have a hotpoint Aqualtis AQGD, 8 KG 1600 SPIN, A+ ENERGY, ULTRA SILENCE WOOLMARK PLATINUM CARE 063356.02, washing machine,
when i put a wash on it starts to flash f5, saying it's blocked, it says switch it off by the mains for a while, then turn it back on and it's should start, but it doesn't, we've checked all the pipes, i don't know what else to do, can you help me???
