HOW CAN I ADJUST THE MIXTURE ON A DIESEL PUMP?

how can i set mixture on my ford transit diesel 2.5 S reg. as i can see black smoke coming out of the exhaust indicating rich mixture. And it also strugles to go over the speed 75 MPH.
