My GE TBH24T refridgerator has been running with both dials set to max to get the freezer to zero degrees. On the defrost cycle the temperature goes to 20 plus degrees where the popsicles soften. How can I get the temp dials to be set more normal? The cooling fins are cleaned every six months. Tell me where to look.
