how do i set the timing on my 87 buick park ave?

my serpintine belt broke so i replaced it...but now the engine vibrates like the timing is messed up really bad when i step on the gas.

Did you see why the serp belt broke ....could be a bad harmonic balancer and it will vibrate engine .......look around near serp belt nad see if it caused any damage elsewhere
