my heater on my fiesta zetec 1.6 s is on hot all the time wont shut off?

id like to know how i can rectify the problem and how much does the part cost and where is it located on the vehicle and is it a easy job to do

Hi Dave, it will be the heater control valve that has failed it's under the bonnet at the rear of the engine bay near the wiper mechanism, it's easy to replace four pipes and an electrical connector cost around £25 on ebay
